1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: bookshelves, desk lamps, and pillows.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Bookshelves (Anti-Tip Safety):

  • Must be anchored to wall to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death.

  • Use provided anti-tip bracket and follow installation instructions.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

  • Do not allow climbing on shelves.

Desk Lamps (Electrical Safety):

  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage.

  • Keep flammable materials away from bulbs.

Pillows (Textile Safety):

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions.

3. Safety Standards

  • Bookshelves: ASTM F3096 anti-tip compliance.

  • Desk Lamps: UL 153 (portable lamps).

  • Pillows: 16 CFR Part 1610 flammability.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to anchor, electrical issues, accidents).
